In IT Application Management, you are responsible for the operation and continuous development of the network and network security platforms and act as a central interface between internal specialist and security areas, IT providers and hardware and software manufacturers. You ensure a stable, secure and regulatoryly consistent operation of the productive network infrastructure and analyzes disruptions as well as security incidents in order to derive appropriate measures for troubleshooting and risk mitigation. You develop workarounds and sustainable solutions, coordinate their implementation with internal and external partners and ensure continuous improvement of operational stability and information security. You actively shape the development of the network and security architecture and bring your expertise to the optimization of technical platforms, security mechanisms and operational processes. As a stimulus, you identify optimization and automation potentials and contribute to sustainably increasing resilience, performance, compliance and audit strength of the IT landscape.

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or have a comparable qualification and brings several years of professional experience in the field of network and IT security. You have well-founded knowledge of modern network and security architectures as well as relevant security frameworks and regulatory requirements such as DORA, BSI basic protection, NIS2 and BAIT. Ideally, you have additional experience in the KRITIS environment. You understand the interconnections of complex IT infrastructures and convince with pronounced analytical and conceptual skills that enable you to develop sustainable and practical solutions. A structured, self-sponsored and solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you as well as your high quality standards and your view for stability, security and efficiency. You communicate with internal and external stakeholders, move safely in cross-departmental votes and convince with your strong cooperation and communication skills.
