Projektleiter / Projektmanagement und Projektmanagement

The integrated plant asterkontec offers approx. 250 people with and without impairment a variety of individual work and employment opportunities. The MVT group (Montage Packing Day Support) is a mixed group with day support and workshop employees, focusing on personal future planning and preparation for retirement.

• Documentation of the agreed measures in the respective work and support offers
• Support for basic care and basic care activities

• Completed training for the qualified specialist in employment and vocational training, nurses, educators or similar qualifications
• Experience in dealing with people with disabilities
• Open and clear communication
• High motivation for teamwork, creativity and spontaneity in everyday design
• Patience, resilience and flexibility
• Active design of a positive and value-adding working environment
• Advanced guidance certificate
