Procurement of technically oriented goods and services for the maintenance sector, as well as production-relevant auxiliary and operating materials Close cooperation with production and technology managers Contact care for national and international suppliers Process development and master data harmonisation in SAP-MM Optimization and standardization of existing processes and applications Exciting projects such as the introduction of a global purchasing process and the establishment of a central purchasing organization Participation in the implementation of a supplier development concept Calls for tenders and invitations to tender as well as preparation of comparisons of offers Ensuring compliance with audit-relevant requirements and supply chain law Creating required KPIs and reporting directly to the head of central purchasing

Successfully completed studies with commercial or technical background or comparable qualification Experience as a shopping and process specialist Well-defined SAP-MM knowledge High IT and number affinity as well as safe handling of MS Office programs, first experience with Microsoft BI of advantage Process-oriented, structured and independent operation Implementation strength and an open, friendly appearance Communication strength and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers German and English knowledge in word and writing Standing for occasional missions Joy in taking responsibility, actively shaping processes and building something new from the beginning
