At the MediClin Reha-Zentrum Plau am See, you play a central role in the care and support of our Reha patients. Your tasks include: Ensuring individual and need-oriented basic and treatment care, tailored to the specific requirements of rehabilitation. Support for patients in regaining their independence and promoting their recovery through targeted nursing measures. Planning, implementation and documentation of the care process taking into account the individual rehabilitation objectives. Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team, consisting of doctors, therapists and other professionals, to ensure holistic care.
