At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a contract and follow-up manager:in Expansion / TGA (w/m/d) at the large project 2nd S-Bahn station for DB InfraGO AG at the Munich site. The project section TGA / Railway Technology is responsible for the equipment of the underground stations Main Station, Marienhof and Ostbahnhof as well as the 7 km long tunnel connecting the stations including the 4 rescue shafts. Your tasks:

Your central task is to implement a proactive and efficient contract & estate management for construction & engineering contracts in the field of expansion & TGA In particular, the contractual control of the contractors:inside in the construction design, planning & construction monitoring Your goal is to enforce the results from contract and follow-up negotiations in the sense of project success In doing so, you will pay attention to the economic use of resources and budgets in the field of supplementary processing and to the timely implementation of all necessary contractual negotiations to adapt the order situation to the contractor: Injustified supplements, you refuse to comply with the requirements of the contract and with the quality of the contract and execute the relevant correspondence in coordination with the project management In addition, you are responsible for deriving cost forecasts as well as tracking additional cost and change displays This also includes the identification of supplementary risks and the establishment of an early warning system with regard to possible unauthorised claims of contractors:
