Creating fascinating: Your Tasks You control the entire life cycle of the service catalog - from the inclusion of new services, changes to the closure of no longer required entries. You ensure that all entries in the service catalogue are complete, up-to-date and qualitatively high quality. You check new or modified service entries for completeness, consistency and compliance with the defined standards. You ensure that the specified service structure and classification are adhered to and the relationships between services, service offerings and service requests are correctly mapped. You coordinate changes in the service catalogue and accompany their implementation. You support Service Owner in the care and development of their services. You work closely with the services portfolio management, service delivery, enterprise architecture and finance and controlling sectors. You create evaluations and key figures on the service catalogue and provide transparency through services, service portfolios and cost structures. You support governance and decision-making processes in the IT Service Portfolio Management.

Bringing strengths: your qualifications You have a degree in computer science, economic informatics, business management or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally in Service Catalogue Management, Service Portfolio Management or IT Governance. An ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous. You have good knowledge of ServiceNow, ideally in the environment Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM). You understand the construction of service catalogs, request processes and routing mechanisms. You have experience in handling data models, taxonomys and ensuring high data quality. You have a good understanding of IT service architectures, CMDB structures and service-related cost models. You work structured and analytically and convince by their communication and moderation capabilities. You speak very well German and English.
