Support and advice of existing customers and new customer acquisitions Order acceptance and processing from tender creation to order processing Telephone and written customer correspondence Maintenance and updating of customer master data in the CRM system Close cooperation with the external service and other departments to ensure a smooth distribution process Create sales statistics and reports Processing of complaints and returns Customer Relationship Management Continuous market and competition analysis Strong exchange with management

Ideal knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV Problem solving and negotiation competence Embossed team and communication skills with high customer and service orientation Self-responsible and independent work is of course for you Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Additional language skills Safe handling of the current MS Office applications completes your profile Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
