Preparation and implementation of courses in the commercial sector in presence and online, ideally in one or more of the following modules: Accounting and cost-performance accounting Intermediation of practical knowledge and skills as well as conceptual cooperation in the ongoing design of training courses Cooperation in an interdisciplinary team of social workers, doctors, psychologists etc. Support for training groups as responsible contact person Integration and application training Perspectively take over the care of training groups as responsible contact person Support for participants in the internship and job search and support for participants* in the internship

A relevant completed commercial training or a completed economic study and practical professional experience in the commercial sector Experience in practical commercial training or adult education is desirable An additional educational training (vocational education) or a completed training examination (AEVO) is advantageous; the latter is supported by us and can be retrieved Very good computer skills (MS Office, SAGE, etc.) Ability to reflect on one's own working methods and willingness to continue further education and to incorporate them into subject-specific areas Team skills, pedagogical skills and joy in teaching, creativity, organizational skills
