As Chief Executive Officer Public & Finance (w/m/d), you support our senior positions in the strategic and operational day-to-day business and prepare decisions, dates and management topics in a structured manner. You analyze business developments and key figures in the areas of public and finance and make decisions and actions necessary. You coordinate strategic initiatives and projects, follow agreed measures and ensure a transparent follow-up of their implementation. You support the further development of our areas of public and finance and work closely with executives and relevant interfaces. You set up decision templates, management presentations and analyses and prepare complex issues for addressing. You gradually take on your own areas of responsibility and develop your leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

Successfully completed master's degree, e.g. in Business Administration or a comparable discipline. First relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting, corporate management or in a strategic or commercial function. Excellent analytical skills and a safe handling of key figures, decision templates and management presentations. Very good skills in structuring and prioritization as well as a pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of decision logics of consultancy companies. High communication strength and sovereignty in exchange with executives, executives and employees. Ability to capture complex facts quickly, to question critically and to prepare them understandably. High sense of responsibility, absolute confidentiality and the willingness to follow decisions consistently. Very good German knowledge (level C1) as well as project-related travel readiness.
