Who we are We are a non-profit, bilingual Montessori facility with Kita area (U3 and Ü3) and primary school in central location of Frankfurt am Main. In our groups, German- and English-speaking educators (m/w/d) and educational assistants (m/w/d) work together in partnership to create a loving, development-oriented environment for children – in the sense of Montessori education. Our team is characterised by appreciation, openness, internationality and the common goal of accompanying and strengthening children in their individual development.

Full support and support for children aged U3 to Ü3 according to the principles of Montessori education Planning, implementation and reflection of age-appropriate play and education Observation, development documentation and individual support of each child Close cooperation with the team (German and English) and active exchange in the group team Building and maintaining trusted relationships with children, parents and reference persons Designing a stimulating, prepared learning environment Participation in team, concept and development talks as well as in educational projects Participation in parental and transfer talks.

(m/w/d) or an equivalent educational qualification, e.g. childhood education (m/w/d), social education (m/w/d), diploma education (m/w/d) Experience in working with children in the U3 and U3 age Interest in or experience with Montessori education and openness for bilingual educational processes Joy of team-oriented, creative and reflected educational work Recognising and mindful attitude towards children, parents and colleagues (m/w/d) Very good German and good English language skills to support our bilingual structure
