As part of our global IT organization, you are responsible for the application-side operation of the SAP HCM system of Hays companies in the German-speaking region As SAP Consultant HCM with Focus PT (m/w/d), you are the key user in the specialist departments for ongoing adaptations of our SAP HCM system with interfaces to adjacent modules (SD, MM, PS, FI, CO) and external applications You are responsible for the support and optimization in the field of personal time management You support the analysis of the processes, accompany the field of expertise in finding a suitable technical solution and help in creating specialist and DV concepts In addition, you coordinate the implementation by external partners and ensure the necessary quality of their products and solutions You actively and continuously contribute to improvements in the existing processes and systems and, in this context, you will participate in projects As a member of the SAP-Functional-Consulting team, you work closely with other consultants and demand management and act as a contact person for our specialist departments in all matters of the SAP-HR environment

You can demonstrate a completed university degree in the field of Business Informatics/BWL or comparable training with corresponding practical experience Finded professional experience in the SAP HCM environment with focus on PT, including knowledge in customizing you could collect and you know the system's data model The interfaces and dependencies of SAP HCM to upstream or downstream modules (MM, SD, PS, FI, CO, CATS) are familiar to you You have knowledge of the technical processes and methods in the human resource management and their mapping in the SAP standard Through very good communication, team skills, self-initiative and structured working, you draw You have experience in coordinating external service providers and know their delivery quality You speak German and English fluently in word and writing
