Technical clerk (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the processing and management of technical documents. Cross-sector procurement as well as the release of work equipment and material are your tasks. You're planning and updating cross-disciplinary documentation. You create and manage data evaluations of databases, e.g. Accsess. You evaluate the essential safety requirements for the operation of machinery and equipment. The quality check for foreign and private services, the creation of demand requirements, the audit of invoices and the coordination of foreign companies are also your tasks. You take technical and organizational clarifications across the field. You take the role as SAP key user and FIT for the department.

You have completed a further education on the technician (m/w/d) in the field of mechanical engineering and has at least three years of professional experience. You have very good knowledge of SAPPM, data technology and Microsoft Office. Your team skills, flexibility and ability to communicate proactively characterize you. You have a structured and targeted mindset. Your very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
