Deputy Team Leader – Switchboard in Shifts (m/f/d)

You are one of the first contact points at the clinic and direct contact with our house. You are responsible for internal and external telephone exchange and information for all clinic areas. In the context of the internal telephone exchange, you are also responsible for the acceptance and transmission of technical disturbances, the patient hotline, internal emergency calls and, if necessary, for the initiation of the emergency chain (brand message, disaster protection plan). In the absence of the team management, you will guide and coordinate the team of the telephone center with 10 employees and coordinate the services in case of personnel failures. You support team leadership in optimizing processes and developing the team. The activity is carried out in multi-shift operations (including weekends, holidays and night services) according to the schedule.

You have a successfully completed vocational training in a service-oriented profession such as the travel industry, in the hotel sector or in comparable activity. You have several years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity, including first management experience. With the usual office applications you can safely handle, with SAP as a hospital information system you are ideally already familiar. You master the German language perfectly in word and writing (min. level C1) and have very good English skills (min. level B2). You have a high team affinity, are reliable and stay calm and friendly even in stressful situations. You have a very high customer, quality and service orientation. We require an independent operation and the willingness to participate fully in the shift service (including weekends, holidays and night services).
