• accompaniment of young people who have taken their first home
• Implementation of individual support measures for everyday management and participation
• Planning and implementation of leisure activities and social services

• Shifting service, which is naturally compensated for with corresponding leisure time
• Documentation and reporting

Your skills

• They are trained in the social or educational field, for example in social education or nursing
• You have experience in working with people with disabilities, ideally in the field of integration aid
• They are characterized by empathy, communication skills and team skills
• They have very good organizational capabilities and are flexible.
• Self-responsibility and resilience are your strengths.
• You like to work in a motivated team.
