Resource Planning: Planning and Termination of Production Resources in Fleet and Operating Staff with Optimum Output in Safety, Efficiency, Service Quality and Costs Train: Coordination of railway operations, train status and crisis management in case of malfunctions or emergency Education: Responsibility for the training of operating personnel and the issue of operating regulations Trassenmanagement: Ensuring the receipt of trash contracts in cooperation with the 'Network and Market Development' departments Fleet & Personnel Development: Ensuring train procurement and the development of facilities, fleet and operating personnel to ensure availability within the timetables and specifications laid down in the business plan Participation in the design of the annual offer, main responsibility for the areas of rolling material and operating personnel Creation and compliance with the cost and income budget for the ''operation'' area Compliance with all obligations relating to occupational safety, prevention and hygiene in accordance with the Work Protection Act (ArbSchG) Ensure compliance with the Ethics Code and the Corporate Compliance Standards in accordance with the German Corporate Governance Code Promoting ESG culture and principles Responsible for the processing of personal data pursuant to the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) Maintaining relations with the EBA, DB InfraGo and third parties involved in the preparation and implementation of contracts Reporting to the Board of Directors on investment developments and the management of resources, assets and contracts within its competence

completed studies of transport engineering, logistics, economic engineering or a comparable academic qualification with deep reference to the railway industry Proven multiannual experience in the railway industry, ideally in operational management functions Knowledge of operational processes, standards and legal frameworks in railways (security, performance, compliance) Ability to plan, coordinate and optimize resources (personnel, timetables, layers) Knowledge of relevant legal/sector-specific standards and compliance obligations (rail safety, occupational safety, operating regulations)
