Administrator Gas Installation and Initial Backup (a*)

You are responsible for the maintenance and further development of the HNE installer directory, are the central contact person for installers and ensure a structured, comprehensible data management and documentation in the relevant IT systems. You coordinate and accompany the registration, testing and blocking of gas installations including installer magnet methods and support the proper verification of gas and powerhouse connections. In close coordination with internal and external partners – including legal department, trade chambers, other network operators and BDEW – you will ensure a smooth process of information and coordination. You participate in the post-processing of damage cases with a greater impact, support fault management in construction site checks and are involved in the standby organisation for the first-aid (GW 1200) and the technical customer service. You support the training, instruction and equipment of employees in the areas of occupational safety, environmental protection and recognised rules of technology and accompany organizational specialist events and lectures. With an economic view of budgets, you regularly inform about special developments, take special tasks and participate in the standby service.

You have a completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally related to energy supply, craftsmanship or network operations, and you also have first professional experience in a comparable position. A safe handling of computer systems as well as experience in the structured care, evaluation and documentation of data are the key features. Knowledge in the field of gas installation is desirable, alternatively, you bring the willingness to incorporate you into relevant technical and legal regulations. With your strong communication strength, you perform service-oriented and binding to internal and external contacts. Teamability, a structured way of working and a pronounced willingness to cooperate and a valid car guide ticket complete your profile.
