On this position you work in the team personnel and organizational development. This has the purpose “We enable people, teams and the organization” and thus pays for an increase in the performance, effectiveness and adaptability of bonprix. Nordstern of the team is that all employees have their full potential and have a “great Monday morning feeling”. Your job You are actively involved in the design of our learning and development offers for an international matrix organization. You are researching current topics and trends and working with the design and implementation of new ideas. The preparation of presentations, communication documents, videos and other forward-looking formats for our different target groups is your responsibility. We also involve you in exciting cross-border HR projects from the fields of employee, executive, team and organizational development. Your contribution bonprix is a successful and dynamic undertaking that is constantly evolving. With your team, you make an important contribution to developing the organization and people. Ideally, you also bring the following: Your experience and skills You are at least in the third semester of the BWL course or (economic)psychology or in a comparable study, ideally with the focus on HR, have fun in personal work and already brings first practical experiences in this area. You are willing to take responsibility and enjoy working independently as a member of a team. You also have a high level of organizational and communication skills. You know well with MS Office and are also familiar with collaboration tools like MS Teams. Your English skills are also very good. Your softskills With your passion and a growth mindset, you bring a lot of energy and enjoy working independently and proactively in a very dynamic and international environment. Your pronounced communication strength, paired with a sympathetic and sovereign appearance, your outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to prepare and communicate complex information in a manner that is appropriate to the address, complete your profile.
