Overview of the job

Responsibility of the strategic orientation and management of the department Classification and control of cleaning work Service and holiday planning Review of working hours & Processes Monitoring, (quality) control and optimisation of cleaning processes and results, control of compliance with the performance directory Instruction, instruction and instruction of employees as well as implementation of employee talks Creation and updating of training and instruction documents in cooperation with the relevant departments in the house Checking compliance with legal requirements & Hygiene requirements Control of maintenance intervals and commissioning of maintenance and repairs on equipment in cooperation with the relevant departments in the house Planning of cleaning areas Purchasing of detergents and inventory taking into account expected consumption and economic requirements in cooperation Control of stock of goods and proper storage, documentation and picking of goods

This will bring you

(m/w/d), Master and several years of experience in cleaning Very good IT skills (e.g. MS-Office) Handicraft skills (e.g. for maintenance, maintenance and operation of cleaning machines) Willingness to shiftwork (spring and late shift, occasional weekend work) German fluent in word and writing Practical experience in employee management and personnel deployment planning are advantageous High readiness and reliability, as well as communication and cooperation capability Willingness to further and further training
