Your tasks:

• sampling of raw and finished products
• Incoming and outgoing goods
• Interpretation of analytical results
• Monitoring the production of products with regard to existing QM/QS guidelines and internal regulations
• Maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments
• Documentation and evaluation of results
• cooperation in barley tests and small malting
• Monitoring of production processes

Your profile: (m/w/d), specialist in food technology (m/w/d) or a comparable training qualification

• Professional experience in food technology or quality assurance desirable
• SAP knowledge of advantage
