Responsible professional, disciplinary and organizational management of the department with currently 7 teams and over 100 employees Optimizing the structures and workflows of your department and within the insurance and contributions business unit, taking into account the possibilities of digitization and process automation to ensure effective and efficient performance of tasks Management, consulting and support of the team management; you have a special focus on compliance with the service standards and objectives and their independent and independent actions Accompanying all necessary technical and practical implementations, e.g. due to legal or technical changes Monitoring and analysis of the working situation and monitoring of timely initiations of appropriate measures at work residues Representation of the hkk in Vdek and the GKV-SV
