Head of Design / Team Leader Design (m/f/d)

You guide and develop our design team professionally and disciplinefully and support your employees in their personal development. You are responsible for the capacity, resource and task planning and ensure the time-, quality- and cost-oriented processing of all construction jobs. You continuously develop the design and advance the standardization of processes, assemblies and technical solutions. You identify optimization potentials and implement improvements in the areas of design, documentation, structures and cooperation with adjacent areas of expertise. You work closely with sales, production, purchasing and other internal interfaces and coordinate technical coordination. You support technical sales in developing customer-specific solutions and technical concepts. You work in the design and further development of filters, filter housings and assemblies and, if necessary, design technical drawings, lists and documentation.

You have a completed technical study in mechanical engineering, construction or a comparable subject or a technical training with a corresponding further education, for example the technician (m/w/d). You have several years of professional experience in construction within a manufacturing company. You have already gained first leadership experience and want to take the next step in a responsible leadership role. Ideally, you bring knowledge in the area of sheet metal and welded constructions. You have good CAD skills, ideally in SolidWorks. You have experience in handling ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
