The BI/DWH team is responsible for the B2B Data & Analytics Platform. In close cooperation with our departments and the Data Science Team, we provide innovative reporting, analytics and AI solutions that enable sound decisions and data-based strategies.

As a senior data engineer, you expect a versatile and responsible role in which you contribute significantly to the further development and optimization of our data and analytics architecture.

You're curious, analytic and technology-loving? You have deep experience in the Data & Analytics environment and a strong understanding of modern data architectures? With your knowledge and your hand-on mentality, you'll bring our team forward.

Conception and development of data products: You develop complex and future-oriented data products in close cooperation with cross-functional project teams and stakeholders Accompanying the entire development process: From requirement analysis to technical design and modelling to implementation and quality assurance, you are a central part of each project Development of existing applications: You enter existing data products to support the business processes of our departments and promote their continuous improvement Working together with the team to develop our Cloud-based Data & Analytics Platform (DAP) and to optimize BI/DWH architecture and automate development and quality assurance processes

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of (economic) computer science, data science or in a comparable technical degree course At least five years of experience in the Data & Analytics environment – you know the challenges and potentials of modern data solutions Funded knowledge of BI landscape and cloud-based architectures, ideally in the context of Microsoft Azure Excellent skills in database modeling and related concepts Practical know-how in development with Python, SQL and Power BI (incl. DA) You convince through negotiations-proof communication skills in German and English – both in writing and oral You bring an analytical approach, solution orientation and a positive attitude that will make you a valuable enrichment for our team
