Head of Building Pollutants (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary management of our building materials division and develop it strategically and operationally. With your expertise, you control projects in the fields of pollutant exploration, refurbishment planning and specialist engineering across all project phases. The preparation of opinions and expert opinions is your responsibility as well as the plausibility check of examination data, reports, opinions and planning. Customer support and advice as well as the development of long-term business relationships are your responsibility. The project and customer development keeps you constantly in mind and maintains the sales and earnings responsibility for your area. In close coordination with the sales department, you develop sales measures and participate in the definition of sales targets.

Your technical background is based on a completed study of civil engineering, chemical engineering, geology, geosciences, environmental engineering or a comparable qualification. You have already gained several years of practical experience in the areas of building waste, refurbishment planning or specialist building management. The safe handling of relevant standards, guidelines and regulations (including VDI 4300, VDI 6202, DIN ISO 16000 and TRGS 519, 521 and 524) is an excellent feature. Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a result- and cost-conscious action are your way of working. With customers and employees, you communicate confidently, bindingly and at eye level. Your own initiative, commitment and reliability are of course for you. Travel readiness and a class B driving licence complete your profile.
