Strategic advice, control and overall management of complex IT programs and projects as well as cross-border support and further development of the PMO Own responsible acquisition and control of critical work packages with high visibility in the company Ensuring compliance with deadline, cost and quality objectives through predictive risk and chance management Conception, implementation and continuous development of project management standards, methods and processes at company or sector level Establishing a uniform and meaningful reporting system and managing the project portfolio management Preparation of decision-relevant information for top management and active support in prioritisation and strategic management of the project portfolio Leadership, motivation and management of internal teams as well as professional management of external service providers and partners Moderation of workshops, management bodies and decision forums as well as sovereign communication at management level Establishment, maintenance and sustainable development of a sustainable, strategic stakeholder network within and outside the company

Completed studies with focus IT, business informatics, business management business management or comparable qualifications multiannual experience in project management and project management Knowledge of different project management methods (PMI, Prince 2.
