The enrolled office is to be occupied in the order management and controlling department. In this department, our services ensure the economic success and quality of offers, orders and (EU-)projects. In addition to providing the central personnel and order control, we continuously develop processes in the DLR project promoter. Your tasks You co-ordinate and tax all offers to be submitted as a central contact person of a contracting team for the application phase of the DLR project promoter to order outwritten orders You will keep the market in mind and analyze matching alerts that you will notify our specialist teams to decide You accompany, advise and support in offering procedures with various clients You will develop and secure the final offers to support the implementation of the DLR project promoter's strategy in the distribution of acquisition environment You, together with the colleagues of the specialist departments, examine the draft contracts, in particular the contractual design of bidding communities or Subcontracting relationships with regard to regulatory contents and legal feasibility within the scope of legal requirements

completed university studies in economics (FH/Bachelor), e.g. as a business economist, business lawyer, managing director (FH/Bachelor) or comparable degree at Bachelor/FH level relevant to the activities at least three years of relevant experience in the distribution and production of offers proven expertise and experience with the funding of the federal and national research funding strong legal expertise, application-proof in procurement law, EU law, administrative and federal budget law in-depth knowledge of business cost accounting and supply calculation The skill of negotiation and good linguistic expressiveness in word and writing, as well as the pronounced ability to connect thinking English language skills in word and writing

Look forward to an attractive salary package, which, depending on the qualification and task transfer, is composed of a grouping up to the salary group EG 11 TVöD, an annual special payment as well as an employee-funded pension scheme.
