Process mechanics / melting technology / casting technology

Are you looking for a new challenge as a metal specialist? Then this is your chance: We are currently putting together a team for the series run of new, high-precision technology products. Technology enthusiasm, team spirit and desire to learn a lot of new things with and with us. You want to? You start with a comprehensive incorporation in which we familiarize you with our vacuum melting plants and our products. After that, you take responsibility for the melting/casting of complex high-tech products according to production instructions, work plans, specifications and drawings – naturally taking into account the predefined end dates in the production order. Self-prepare the materials, semi-finished products and casting tools necessary for the casting process (e.g. crucible, funnel, molds). Rolling, straightening and glowing of material slabs... also the secondary processes are under control. Highest quality and precision are all the A and O, so we place great emphasis on honest feedback and your suggestions for further improvement of our processes in production. You perform quality controls with ultrasound. It is clear that the execution of plant maintenance as well as the maintenance of maintenance-relevant documents are among your tasks.
