As Audit Capture Conflict Check Manager (m/w/d), you support our partners, directors and customer teams in conducting relevant Conflict Check checks related to EU Public Interest Entities audit alerts. Project management: You coordinate and manage the implementation and processing of global Conflict Checks taking into account specified deadlines and in close cooperation with the Independence department. Shared Service Center: You monitor and control the associated internal release processes in English in our shared service center. Processes: You accompany, monitor and optimize our internal Conflict Check processes in coordination with other stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency. Collaboration: You work strategically with other national companies to identify process efficiencies and synergies, to ensure the completeness of the audits and to receive timely feedback.

Completion of a commercial training or a comparable conclusion Relevant professional experience in compliance/independence as well as in an audit firm Embossed communication strength, experience in implementing projects, reliability and team capability High commitment, structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods, joy in new challenges and a high level of confidentiality and confidentiality Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as safe handling of MS Office
