Commercial employee with a focus on pension accounting (bAV)

You are part-time with 25 to max. 30 hours a week. You are responsible for carrying out the monthly performance accounts of our clients, initiating the necessary notifications to health insurance companies and the tax office, and accompanying financial and health insurance checks. The inventory and data management in the management system are your tasks as well as the implementation of evaluations and coordination work in the context of performance accounting with our accounting and customer management. You support our customer supporters in the correspondence with recipients, health insurance companies and clients. You actively participate in projects and in the further development of our internal processes and IT systems. In addition, you support quality and complaint management.

You have a completed commercial training. Ideally, you have first experiences in the area of wage and salary accounting. You bring an affinity to tax and social questions. You are safe and routined with application software and MS Office – especially with MS Excel. Customers appreciate your empathy, communication strength and flexibility. A quick understanding is one of your strengths, as well as a high level of learning and training. You work structured, carefully and responsibly, can prioritize well and have fun working in the team. This place is part-time with a size of 25 to max. 30 hours a week.
