Complete commercial vocational training, preferably as a merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualification First professional experience in the disposing of vehicles and personnel as well as knowledge in tour planning Very good knowledge of German, Romanian and Bulgarian High level of service and customer orientation Stress resistance, flexibility and solution orientation in order to overcome unexpected challenges quickly and pragmatically Communication strength to set clear expectations and optimally support drivers in day-to-day business Motivational ability to guide and inspire professional drivers in a targeted manner Flexibility in working time
