Project management for fountains and water features (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the facilities located in the area of the garden, cemetery and forest office with a view to maintenance, refurbishment and new planning, as well as project management of construction measures in the area of well maintenance, well renovation or well-building The management and supervision of commissioned architects and engineers' offices in all performance stages according to HOAI, time, quality and cost control are also part of your tasks You create municipal council templates and presentations and make forum appointments Your tasks also include the performance of the building owners and property owners function, independent planning, tendering, awarding and monitoring of projects in well construction, and the rehabilitation and regeneration of existing wells and water games. A completed study (Bachelor, Master, Diplom-Ing.) in the field of civil engineering, environmental engineering, water management, piping, plumbing engineering or a comparable discipline Good knowledge of building and honorary law (HOAI), procurement law as well as construction and water technology.
