You actively shape the construction of our new kita and its educational structures. You bring your ideas into space design, the daily routines and the educational conception. Together with the team, you develop a contemporary educational understanding and a common picture of the child. You accompany and support the children individually and align with their needs, interests and strengths. You continuously develop our educational work. You live participation, inclusion, diversity and diversity as a natural component of the Kita everyday. You create a trusted and partnership-based cooperation with the families. You will participate in building a network with facilities and other actors in the Kiez. You have a special passion for a pedagogical theme or already professional expertise? Better!
