Project Manager Sales Operations (m/f/d)

You are responsible for different projects in customer support and product information. In customer support, you are responsible for the implementation and rollout of the Zendesk Customer Support Platform and ensure that team members can efficiently use the new tools. You accompany the introduction of a product information platform and work closely with different departments to optimally integrate the platform and optimize the use of the sales team. You define and analyze processes in sales, order processing, customer service and marketing and identify potential for improvement and implement optimization measures. You create reports and analyses from the SAP system to support the sales management in decision-making. You are responsible for building and continuously developing an internal reporting to improve transparency and decision-making processes. You provide support to the sales team when using new systems and tools to ensure smooth processes. You create training documents and carry out workshops to ensure that all employees can successfully use the new systems. You report directly to the management of trade and to the management of sales.

You have a degree in business administration (focus on IT), business informatics or training in a related area. You can already demonstrate 3 years of professional experience in managing projects in the field of trade and services; you also have experience in classic and agile project methods and tools. You already have well-founded experience in the introduction and further development of software solutions (e.g. CRM, Customer Support, PIM) as well as in the control of external IT service providers. Ideally, you can already demonstrate experience in implementing a Zendesk Customer Support Platform. You have a very good understanding of end-to-end processes in sales operations, especially sales, order processing, customer service and marketing. SAP knowledge and knowledge in the BI software Deltamaster are advantageous. You are able to quickly understand, interpret and interpret complex problems and technical challenges and to find sound solutions based on them and make decisions.
