You promote and support the boarding staff in the everyday life of the board with the aim of successful training You are part of the Reha team and work on individual reha planning You organize the courses of your group and create a good atmosphere for the community of the living area You provide life-practical skills and support our residents in the context of self-sufficiency and budget management, doctors and authorities

You have successfully completed a pedagogical or social pedagogical study or a specialized training course for the teacher You like to work educationally professionally with disabled young people You ideally have professional experience in our target group You have a strong organizational talent and are safe to use office programs You actively engage in a collegial team Driving class B is desirable
