We are looking to strengthen our team at the fastest possible time Projektmanager (m/w/d) You work in the banquet area of our house and as part of the team make sure our guests experience unique events at any time Your main tasks: Welcome and reception of guests at banquet events - always friendly and professional. Contact for guests during the event: answer questions and solve problems quickly Support of the banquet team in preparing the event rooms, including equipment, decoration and technology Close cooperation with the service staff to ensure smooth running and meeting all guest needs Participation in evaluations after the events to obtain feedback and introduce suggestions for improvement Contribution to a positive atmosphere and a hospitable environment so that all guests feel welcome and appreciated

That's what you bring: Experience in service is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary German language You are a “Macher” with real hands-on mentality Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for gastronomy Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks Reliability and joy at work in a challenging environment You are open to digital tools and quickly find yourself in new systems Clear and effective communication capability
