Stakeholder Management: You support the management in project communication between the various subprojects, our holding, shareholders, authorities and external partners. Reporting: You create project documents, meaningful status reports and decision templates, you monitor appointments and milestones for management and all relevant bodies. Operational organisation: You coordinate the needs of medical, nursing and therapeutic areas with the new building project team to ensure that the new building meets the clinical requirements optimally. Start-up & Change Management: You prepare the employees for the new working environments and in future control the moving and running phase of the new clinic.

Study in the field of health management, economics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in project management, ideally in the (operational) organization planning for large-scale hospital projects or new building projects Deep understanding of clinical processes and functional requirements of a hospital You are an organizational institution with a high level of moderation, which brings together complex stakeholder interests Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Communication strength, strong hands on mentality, engagement Joy and ease in dealing with different hierarchical levels and professional groups as well as diplomatic skills in dealing with different stakeholders (doctors, care, therapy, construction, architects, crafts, bodies, authorities, etc.)
