A successfully completed study of law, economics with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of well-founded professional experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in the above mentioned HR areas Team-oriented personality with high social and intercultural competence Enforcement, Conflictability, Moderation Skills Knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Embossed application experiences of personnel and organizational development formats, among others to support managers and rapidly growing organisation Fast and independent decision-making and high service orientation Good English knowledge of word and writing
