Comprehensive consulting of our demanding national and international customers and sales of luxury watches and jewelry First-level support on site and the technical support of the sales team Efficient and customer-oriented processing of all incoming customer requests (repairs, complaints, cost suggestions etc.) and coordination with our central watch studio building and maintaining long-term customer relationships; Maintenance of customer data in our CRM system Participation in events and marketing actions Storage and maintenance of goods
