Our customer is a traditional industrial company with Location in Cologne and specializes in the processing of steel and the production of technically demanding wire products for different industrial applications. WE BEEPS

• Attractive and over-tariff compensation between €17.50 and € 19.00 per hour on the basis of the DGB tariff agreement and shift supplements (25 % for night work and 100 % for night work) Public holidays)
• Regular working hours in the 3-shift system from Monday to Friday with early shift (06:00 – 14:00), late shift (14:00) – 22:00) and night shift (22:00 – 06:00)

REQUIREMENTS

• preparation and installation of the required machines and Production plants for the respective production orders in the area Metal processing
• Operation and monitoring of systems during operation Production process taking into account the specified Manufacturing and quality requirements
• Required setup, adjustment and conversion work for product changes or changed production requirements
• control of important machine and process parameters and early detection of deviations in ongoing plant operation
• Collection and documentation of relevant production, process and Quality data according to operational requirements
• Regular cleaning, care and simpler maintenance work to maintain functionality and Availability of equipment used
• Support for planned maintenance, repair and Maintenance and implementation of planned Specific measures
• detection and reporting of technical disturbances and participation in the limitation of causes of errors and the restoration of non-destructive production processes
• marking and provision of materials, semi-finished products and Finished products and internal transport using crane systems and industrial trucks
• Verification of manufactured products by the intended products Visual and quality controls and recognition of possible Quality deviations
• ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area and consistent compliance with applicable work, safety and Quality standards

PROFIL

• Ideally completed professional and technical training, e.g. as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d), specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Alternative practical work experience in the operation of Machines and production plants or in a comparable Activity within an industrial production environment
• Technical understanding and ideally experience in safe Handling of production machines and industrial plants
• Forklift and crane license are of advantage
• readiness to work in the full-conti layer system and required time flexibility for changing layer times
• Excellent quality and sense of responsibility as well as a careful handling of machines, plants and work equipment
• Self-employed and reliable operation combined with Teamability and commitment
