Independent processing of ongoing personnel administration from entry to exit Creation, maintenance and management of personal files Creation of work contracts, contract changes, certificates and certificates Maintenance of time management and HR systems Contact person for employees in personal questions Recruiting Support (Applicant Management, Event Organisation, Correspondence) Takeover of general administrative activities in the personnel sector

Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications First professional experience in personnel management, like in a regulated environment Basic knowledge of labour and social security law Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with HR software desirable Structured, careful and responsible operation High discretion, strong team and service orientation
