You fulfill the tasks according to ASiG, such as inspections, support in risk assessments and in the selection of PSA Your independent inspections of equipment, machinery and safety equipment are designed to detect and eliminate potential risks and to ensure compliance with safety regulations You carry out independent training for management, existing and new employees and/or contractors on the applicable environmental, health and safety programs and procedures. You develop and drive work hygiene programs, including for CAPEX projects, such as noise testing, operation hygiene monitoring, ergonomic evaluations and personal protective equipment assessment. You address environmental and safety concerns and actively advise employees on compliance with safety regulations.

Training for Security (Sifa) or Bachelor's degree / Professional Experience in Environmental and Security Management or Health and Safety at Work At least 2 years of practical experience in the fields of environment, health and/or workplace safety in the industrial environment – preferably in the pharmaceutical industry Very good communication skills in German and good knowledge in English Ability to work with databases and integrate information tracking systems Impressed problem-solving, decision-making and leadership as well as sound knowledge in agile project management General knowledge of quality, DIN EN ISO 14001/45001
