Working in the preparation of the annual sustainability report for the entire group in close cooperation with international HR colleagues: women from more than 40 countries Support in the further development and global harmonisation of our personnel planning processes Participation in Group personnel billing and personnel planning for the 2027 financial year Own-responsible creation of HR reports, board reports, regional reports as well as ad hoc analyses with SAP and modern dashboard solutions Support for international projects for the control, analysis and development of relevant HR key figures (KPIs)

You are in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economic Engineering, a comparable degree course or in the Gap Year You bring enthusiasm for HR Analytics and digital topics You're looking for an open team culture and bringing your analytical thinking proactively You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You complete a compulsory internship as part of your studies and are ideally available for a longer period of use
