Performance of the tasks of a specialist in occupational safety in accordance with the Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG) for the entire municipal works Advising and supporting management and executives in all matters of occupational, health and fire protection Analysis of accidents at work, disturbances and safety-related events and derivation of appropriate prevention measures Creation, testing and continuation of risk assessments Support and further development of hazardous material management including dangerous substance lists, operating instructions and instructions Conceptual development of occupational safety standards, occupational safety processes and management systems Planning and implementation of missions, audits, safety documentation and work protection campaigns and workshops Support in building, developing and regularly reviewing operational crisis and emergency management including crisis plans and exercises Planning, implementation and continuous development of organisational fire protection measures and training of fire protection workers Cooperation with authorities, professional associations, fire brigades and external service providers and specialist partners

Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, safety engineering, environmental technology, supply technology or a comparable field Qualification as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) Industry-specific knowledge of BG ETEM for power supply and grid operations is advantageous Good knowledge of working, health and hazardous materials protection and preventive fire protection Good knowledge of the relevant state and professional regulations and the willingness to quickly build up missing knowledge Experience in the construction and development of management systems, ideally in the occupational safety environment of an energy supply company Experience in crisis, emergency or business continuity management is beneficial Safe handling of MS Office products Impressed communication capability, safe occurrence and enforcement capability Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation and loadability also in special layers Willingness to continue professional training and to acquire additional qualifications Class B driving licence
