As part of one of our solid, interdisciplinary teams, you connect the loose ends of CMS and PIM systems. This creates scalable platforms for websites, product catalogs, configurators and apps that make medium-sized world market leaders even more successful. As a Digital Consultant (m/w/d) you are part of an interdisciplinary project team from development and design that organizes itself and advances projects together You analyze websites and goals of our B2B customers: in industry and middle class, guide priority areas of action and translate them into concrete initiatives You focus on websites as a tool for our customers, not on campaigns or ads In customer meetings and workshops, you bring solutions, not only moderation cards, and work with offers and pitches You take care of tracking and evaluation, derive measures from the numbers and improve trackability, classic SEO and increasingly in AI searches (GEO) You accompany our customers: also after the launch and develop their websites with them

You bring several years of experience in the design of B2B websites, in digital consulting or in the UX area. You have a well-founded knowledge of analytics, tracking and SEO, and you know how to derive the right measures from data. You can weigh strategic goals and technical feasibility well and communicate your recommendations clearly to customers. You speak with the devs and the design team at eye level because you have a good understanding of technical and design processes. You like to question existing processes, introduce new ideas and want to actively advance us as a team. You communicate in German in Word and Writing (C1 level).
