Technical Service Employee Field Service for POS POS POS System in the Catering Industry (m/f/d)

As an IT-affiner gastronomy expert, you as a technical service employee in the field (m/w/d) are helping our customers have more time for their own business. After a comprehensive incorporation, it is your responsibility to install the DISH POS cash system with our Gastro customers and to train employees to successfully apply this system. Your tasks: You are the professional responsible for the DISH POS cash system and for the entire implementation process: From the delivery, through the construction and installation of the local network, our clientele can rely on you. You take the installation of the box system (hardware) on site and train users to the front and backend. You work hand in hand with the Digital Sales Managers in indoor and outdoor services, thus helping to improve the digital business processes of gastronomic companies. You plan your projects independently and contribute to the success of our POS cash system.

As a cross-release from gastronomy with a good understanding of technology, you are welcome with us! You are e.g. Restaurantfachmann (m/w/d), Hotelfachmann (m/w/d), Fachkraft für Gastronomie (m/w/d) or Koch (m/w/d), or Bürokaufmann (m/w/d) or Account Manager (m/w/d) Ideally, there is an understanding of technical relationships. Static and dynamic IP addresses and local networks are well known to you! A completed training or relevant professional experience in technical support can be advantageous. You may have experience as a system technician (m/w/d), service technician (m/w/d) or a similar profession. First experience in technical consulting and installation tasks, ideally from a similar activity, are of advantage. You have fun in providing a service as well as organizing and carrying out trainings. Otherwise, you are used to work independently and organize and plan your tasks independently. You have a valid passenger car license and are happy to be present to the customer. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing.
