In your role as team leader:in personal management, you lead a dedicated team and design the administrative personnel processes for a modern, growing faculty: reliable in day-to-day business, clear in leadership and consistently digital. You carry out your team with wide-sightedness and responsibility and develop the administrative HR processes so that You function scalable, efficient and legally compliant - at the pace of higher education and with a view to the future. You combine operational excellence with high quality standards and understand HR as a service and enabling function for science, teaching and administration.

Your tasks Guided tour & organization

You run a team of HR experts:inside and pay calculators:in professional and disciplined, you create an environment that promotes self-responsibility, clarity and continuous further development You control tasks, capacities and priorities in a transparent and competence-oriented manner - also at work-intensive stages of the academic year

Operating Responsibility & Compliance

You are responsible for the smooth and legally compliant operation of administrative personnel work, in particular in the areas of contract creation, master data management, pay accounting and certification You ensure compliance with all labour, tariff, tax and social insurance requirements and always keeps in mind changes in the high school regulations You accompany external audits by auditors, tax office and social security institutions and structured

Digitalization & scalable processes

Together with your team, you develop standardized, scalable and as automated HR processes that meet the requirements of a growing faculty You drive the consistent use and further development of existing HR IT landscapes, in particular DATEV, SuccessFactors, an internal ticketing system, digital contract signatures and the intranet You recognize automation potentials, implement them pragmatically and ensure sustainable process quality

Interfaces & service orientation

You opt for cooperation with professors:insides, executives, assistants and central faculties and ensure clear roles, transparent processes and reliable communication Your internal customers - from student assistants to academic staff and professors - experience HR as professional, solution-oriented and reliable You control important interface processes both internally and externally (including Finance and Legal)

Your profile You are a leading personality with a strong understanding of operational HR processes, digitalization and legal framework in the public or high school environment. You work structured, think forward-looking and enjoy developing teams and processes sustainably.

What you should bring

A completed study with HR, economic or legal reference or a commercial training with many years of relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in operational personnel management with clear responsibility for earnings, in particular in contract creation and payment accounting, as well as sound management experience Very good, practical knowledge of labour, social security and tax law; Experience with collective agreements (e.g. TV-L) is advantageous Representative service and solution orientation as well as a high understanding of the needs of science, executives and administration A structured, decision-making approach and the ability to clearly, pragmatically and addressably control complex issues. Experience in the structured development of new processes and their successful integration Very good social competence as well as pleasure in team leadership and cooperative cooperation with internal customers: Very good communication skills in German and very good English skills (C1) Safe handling of HR IT systems (e.g. DATEV, SuccessFactors) and interest in digital, efficient HR solutions
