As a Program Manager Transition - Managed Services, you keep the threads of complex managed service transitions in your hands. In the case of exciting customers from the Enterprise and Public Sector, you are the controller for the transition of several service silos and have a view of the smooth running of the entire program. You have more than 10 years of experience in project management in the environment of managed services transactions - including Service Desk, Onsite Field Services, Workplace Services and Remote Operations You create and manage project plans, cost calculations and contract-relevant transition documents You guide complex projects across multiple service workstreams and ensure compliance with time frames, budget specifications and quality standards You coach your colleagues:inside and promote their further development as part of the project work

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic informatics, business management, computer science or comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in managing complex IT transactions

Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities at senior management levels

Experience in handling agile and classic project management methods

flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing

Ready to travel must be available
