For our company we are looking for one or more Corporate Risk Manager (m/w/d)

As Enterprise Risk Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a holistic risk management system. You act as a central interface between local units, our headquarters in Paris and regulatory institutions and report to our Director General and the Director Risk at our headquarters. Establish and maintain a company-wide risk management framework in accordance with the requirements of the ECB, national supervisory authorities and internal corporate policies Identification, assessment and monitoring of regulatory, operational and financial risks across all business areas Conducting risk analyses, stress tests and scenario analyses to assess the resilience of the organisation Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. CRD IV, DORA, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines) through Fit-Gap analyses and implementing appropriate measures Support of local risk owners in implementing risk mitigation strategies and establishing an effective control environment Development and application of risk quantification methods and monitoring of key risk indicators (KRIs) Responsibility for business continuity management and crisis management including emergency planning Creation of risk reports and presentations for the management and communication of relevant risk knowledge to internal and external stakeholders (e.g. supervisory authorities)

Complete studies in the field of business, law, finance or comparable Multiannual professional experience in risk management, ideally in the regulated financial sector Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management standards Experience in cooperation with international stakeholders and leadership levels Openness for new technologies, regulatory developments and continuous improvement of processes Solution-oriented and partnership-based action to establish risk management as an integral part of business processes and innovation projects negotiating skills and sovereigns as well as diplomatic appearance inward and outward Excellent analytical skills, high self-initiative and presentation and communication strength German and English skills Easy travel (France/DACH)
