Senior Construction Manager in a Challenging Steel Construction Project (m/f/d)
An employer with substance: Our client is an established, financially strong steel construction company in northern Germany, which has been implementing demanding projects in structural steel construction, hall and metal construction for many years as well as in adjacent structures. The value-added depth is high: planning, manufacturing, logistics and assembly are closely geared and mostly delivered in their own house. The company stands for technical precision, reliable project execution, flat hierarchies and cooperation at eye level. The function is designed as a combination of operational control and presence in the project: around 60 % of the activity is due to office and coordination tasks, about 40 % to support the projects on site. This makes the role suitable for personalities who want to lead structured and also work on construction. .
