For our financial accounting department, we are looking for a

Account Manager (m/w/d)

for operational tasks in creditor accounting.

Your main tasks:

• Work to develop, report and derive taxes or levies to authorities
• Operational supervision of creditor accounting including digital pre-acquisition, audit of input and output accounts (including e-invoicing) and control of the UST-ID test
• administration of the main fund (recovery of daily revenues and expenditures, equipping all the cash registers with change and their billing, coordination of money supply)
• Working with operational tasks in debitor accounting
• booking and voting of online payments e.g. via the ticket shop (Paypal)
• Air Plus billing and control interface for managing travel costs and corporate credit cards
• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, including accounting and return accounting
• Maintenance and monitoring of master data in the ERP system

Your profile:

• completed commercial training with further professional qualification B. Fachwirt Financial Accounting, alternative economics degree
• multiannual professional experience and ready-to-use knowledge in the above mentioned areas of activity
• very good numerical understanding and safe handling of money
• independent and conscientious working
• strong cooperation willingness and joy in team collaboration
• readiness to maintain a cool head even in sustained loading situations
• application-proof knowledge in handling SAP S/4HANA, DMS and MS-Office as well as an affinity for digital topics and interest in process optimization
• good English skills
