(Junior) Embedded Software Developer Automotive (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Analysis of software requirements
• Development of detailed design and software components according to the specified software requirements and software architecture
• Implementation of low-level software, board support packages (BSPs) and device drivers
• Implementation of software verification activities and code optimizations
• Implementation of HW integration activities and replacement of tests
• Debugging of problems taking into account hardware and software aspects (resources, timing, etc.)
• Support for analysis of component data sheets and specifications
• Improving implementation with respect to requirements

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Successful studies in information technology, computer science or electrical engineering
• Experience with MISRA, agile methodology and SDLC
• Experience in handling Agile tools such as Jira/Confluence etc. and bug tracking systems
• Good knowledge of requirements engineering tools (e.g. Doors) or ALM system (e.g. Polarion)
• Experience in the automotive industry, Automotive SPICE & functional safety for road vehicles (ISO26262) and familiarity with continuous integration like Jenkins or the like
• Good knowledge of languages C and C++, plus Python
• Knowledge in real-time environments, RTE operating systems and AUTOSAR-related software
• Good knowledge of German and English
